I'm quitting ESPN. I'm done. The shameless self promotion, and relentless pursuit of stories I don't care about are forcing me to call it quits. I used to watch Sportscenter for some highlights and previews of things to come, but when I tune in 2010 I am overcome with pointless and endless speculation, and sports-related (but not sports) stories beaten into the ground. I don't care which middle schoolers Mel Kiper thinks will be drafted in 2018, or where 8th graders plan to go to college. Show me what happened last night, and maybe break down why that happened. I don't care what Chad Johnson "twittered" to his fans last night, or that one of your ex-analysts is a sex addict. Enough of the sensationalist bull. Give me highlights and some creative narration, and shut up.
